120ml Water
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Lemon Juice

  1. Blend 3/4 of the mixed berries with the water in a blender.
  2. Bring the mixed berry purée to a boil in a saucepan. Add the sugar and lemon juice and stir. Keep stirring ans simmer until it has thickened. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
  3. When ready, drizzle the mixed berry purée around the milk jelly and serve with the remaining berries.
